Prepare your house for a photo shoot: it doesn’t really matter if you want to sell or let out your house. Your house should make your visitors dream, smile and create well-being feelings.
I can of course help you with that: this service is included when you want to sell or let out with our company. Every time we make a new sell or rent agreement Elias leaves me in the house/apartment for 2-3 hours and I and my Nikon make some magic. It depends of the object but I usually take around 100-150 photos during one session. Then, at home, I make some improvement with help from Adobe, and finally choose 40-70 good pictures.

Make your house clean not only from dust but also from your personal photos and personal things such as hairbrush, toothpaste, magnets from refrigerator, children’s drawings, collections with porcelain dolls, shoes, etc. Leave as few furnitures as possible, remove carpets, make sure all curtains (if you have any) hang correctly. Use as neutral colors as possible when you make beds and sofas. All this will make it easier for potential buyers to dream, to visualize how the home might look filled with their own items. As I mention earlier: I will send you a checklist or do this jobb on my own if you have no opportunity to make it.

When you are done with the cleaning and depersonalizing jobb it is time to make your visitors smile and feel well-being feelings. Please note: remove any seasonal/holiday decorations! Instead make same simple (or your favorite) food plates, buy flowers, fruit/vegetables, wine and similar. Sun hats, sunglasses, candles, books or magazines, cats and dogs are very welcome too! And again: I will send you a checklist or bring with me all this things if you have no opportunity to arrange that.

The garden and/or the balcony is also very important and should not be forgotten! Remove cars from the driveway: it gives me the chance to show the front of the home and the parking space. Remove or hide outside: garden hoses, unnecessary outdoor furniture, children’s toys, boxes and more. And please hide the laundry that dries! But do not worry: I will send you a checklist or find someone who can do this jobb, or make that on my own if you have no other opportunity.
