My name is Elwira Kotowska, I was born in Warsaw and for 26 years I lived in Sweden. Cosmopolitan in heart and constantly looking for new ways in life. I am a specialist in project management and a major in digital marketing.
My partner, Elias Johnsson, was born in Athens and moved to Sweden at the age of 4. He is a business administrator and application manager by profession.
From rainy Sweden to sunny Greece
In 2015, after our holiday around the Peloponnese peninsula, we decided to move. The place was pretty easy to choose: Mani Peninsula is divinely beautiful! Finding our dream house was not so easy: we needed to balance budget and our dreams. At the end of 2016, we bought “our place on earth” (in Nomitsi), where we build our dream house with a view of the Mediterranean! From the 1 of September 2020 are we “the locals” and protect our home with Hestia painting, the goddess of the family hearth and of the universe. From November 2020 are we 3E: Elias, Elwira and Estia, the DOG.
To begin with, we had both worked with our Swedish customers. Nowadays, Elias still does it but I take care of Housefinders Peloponnese partners, customers and websites and working with that full time. We both hope to help more people with the “escape to Greece” project. Below our little paradise in the village of Nomitsi.

Update on our company 2023
Being flexible is the key to success, right? The last few years have been very successful for HouseFinders Peloponnese and we registered our joint company which is now called HouseFinders Peloponnese IKE.
For Elias and me, “our” Greece is a way to find the balance between concentration and distraction, between hard-driven goals and rebellious freedom, between rules and spontaneity. We know how we want to live and live. And many ideas around the development of our business concept are based on what we ourselves believe in and want to help others with.

No more short term rentals! From January 2024 we will only work with long-term rentals. The shortest period you can rent through us is one month.
